High blood pressure can occur at any age, but it is more common among older people. Bad lifestyle and eating habits can cause hyper or hypotension. There are several ways to keep your blood pressure at normal rates.

Keep eating healthy food and exercising to avoid unstable blood pressure and keep it under control.
